Lennart Martin

Lennart Peters (born April 21, 2001), professionally known as Lennart Martin, is a Dutch artist who grew up near Nijmegen. His musical journey began at the age of six, experimenting with sound, synthesizers, and rhythm.
“I’ve always loved music. Even as a child, I was surrounded by synthesizers and drum pads.”

Largely self-taught, Lennart gradually developed a sound that feels both organic and emotionally grounded. By blending electronic elements with a warm, human touch, he continues to shape his place within the pop and alternative music landscape.

When Lennart released his first song on Spotify, he gained international attention with 8,898 Shazams and airplay in parts of Asia—an early sign of his global reach.
“My dream is to tell my stories and share my experiences through music.”

Songs such as “Fireflies,” “Lost In Berlin,” and “Homebird (Rucu)” featuring YMRE (Imre Trumpie) were played on Glow FM in Eindhoven. Fireflies was also featured on the Poppodium Limburg podcast by Limburg1 (L1), hosted by Henk Hover and Rian Moonen.

Together with YMRE, Lennart released his debut album “Sentiments”, a grateful and meaningful journey shaped by years of collaboration and creativity.

His track “Oasis (On The Run)” reflects a search for light during an inner struggle caused by health issues that temporarily put life on hold.
“I’m a refugee in my own body, wanna project myself into somebody else,” the song opens—capturing a longing to move forward when time felt frozen.
